Garden birds in the snow



Todays card is from the Joanna Sheen  Victorian Christmas Cards cdrom. There is a section of the cd that features different birds and this is one of those images. I have a lot of friends who are into bird watching and nature and they really like to get this kind of christmas card. I have glittered the image and made the embellishment to match. All the embellishment is made using Tattered Lace dies.
I'm still waiting for the parcel..but I know that it's on it's way..it could be the next couple of days..everything is crossed. I just want to have a play. I have ordered some A4 embossing folders that I will share with you shortly...hopefully.I have seen some 8x8 embossing folders which look really useful which may be finding their way home to me..as I make mostly 8x8 cards it will give me a chance to look very differently at the way I create cards. I've also recently purchased some dies that cut patchwork shapes and am really looking forward to having a play with all the little scraps of pretty paper that I have kept. As you do.
