Coming down out of the freezing sky with its depths of light, like an angel, or a Buddha with wings, it was beautiful, and accurate, striking the snow and whatever was there with a force that left the imprint of the tips of its wings — five feet apart — and the grabbing thrust of its feet, and the indentation of what had been running through the white valleys of the snow — and then it rose, gracefully, and flew back to the frozen marshes to lurk there, like a little lighthouse, in the blue shadows — so I thought: maybe death isn’t darkness, after all, but so much light wrapping itself around us — as soft as feathers — that we are instantly weary of looking, and looking, and shut our eyes, not without amazement, and let ourselves be carried, as through the translucence of mica, to the river that is without the least dapple or shadow, that is nothing but light — scalding, aortal light — in which we are washed and washed out of our bones. Jiggery Makery....Kick it Up

Here I am again with another creation. This is a design team make for the fabulous Jiggery Makery. I have to admit that this is not the card that I was intending to share..but I'm still in panic mode with my camera. I'm hoping that Sparkle will come along soon and I can only hope that he can sort out whatever is the problem. So I decided to share one of the first ever cards I made for Jiggery Makery. She is called Ginger and I can only wish that my legs were only half as long as hers. I can say that without a doubt that I never look as good as she does, when I'm in the garden. I don't even look that good when I'm not in the garden..lol. I loved the sentiment back then and it still makes me smile. I coloured Ginger using my promarkers and then cut her out. I die cut the plant pots, watering can and leaves and then used my pinflair glue gel to fix them to the card.

I hope that you will pop over to the Jiggery Makery facebook page and take a look at the wonderful creations of the design team. Even if we use the same design..we all come up with something different. Adele...the owner and artist at Jiggery Makery designs the most fabulous ladies...you can always find one that will say what you want.Whether making for men or ladies..you will always find a pin up girl to suit.

I'm hoping that this weekend will be a sewing one. I have cut out the pieces for a patchwork panel and will share it with you..hopefully the camera will let me.

Well the coffee is calling yet again and I definitely need some caffeine..if only to stop me going into meltdown mode about the camera..lol. So until next time take care and happy crafting
